Refused to entertain the plea of a woman who has alleged sexual assault by TV anchor

A Bench of Justice Navin Sinha and Justice Ajay Rastogi, the Apex Court refused to entertain the plea of a woman who had alleged sexual assault by a tv anchor and saught cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by Delhi High Court.
