Supreme Court does not rule out custodian torture. In a very high lighted case of YSRCP Member of Parliament, Mr. KRR Krishna Raju alleged sedition for merely criticising the Chief Minister. This is very unfortunate, concerning when apparently sitting MP is tortured in police custody leading to fracture, contusion and edema. What happens to a common man?
